1. Agreement

These terms cover learnagenticpatterns.com and Agentic AI (the Sparks video feed, Talk community, and News aggregator, available on the web and as a native iOS/Android app) — together, “the platform.” By creating an account or using either product, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. The Platform

Learn Agentic Patterns is a free educational platform that teaches agentic AI design patterns — written lessons, code examples, interactive exercises, games, assessments, and progress tracking.

Agentic AI is a companion app: Sparks are short videos summarizing current AI/tech news, generated automatically on a schedule by an AI pipeline (see section 5) from public news sources — Talk is a community discussion board for AI/tech topics, and News is a live aggregator of AI news headlines.

3. Your Account

  • One account works across both learnagenticpatterns.com and Agentic AI (web and mobile).
  • You must provide accurate information when signing up.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person — don't share credentials or create multiple accounts.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to bulk-download content.
  • Submit malicious input (SQL injection, XSS, or similar attacks).
  • Abuse the rate-limited APIs or attempt to overload the platform.
  • Impersonate others or submit false information.
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose.
  • Post or comment in Talk, or on Sparks, anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, spam, or otherwise objectionable to a general audience.

5. AI-Generated Content & Moderation

  • Sparks are generated automatically by an AI pipeline from public news sources, without human review before publishing. Narration may occasionally be imprecise or incomplete — always check the linked source for anything you plan to rely on.
  • Posts and comments in Talk and on Sparks are screened automatically before publishing to filter objectionable content, and remain subject to review afterward.
  • You can report any post, comment, or Spark you believe violates these terms. We review reports and aim to act — including removing content and, where appropriate, suspending the account responsible — within 24 hours.
  • You can block another user at any time to stop seeing their posts and comments.
  • We may remove any content, at our discretion, that violates section 4.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All lessons, code examples, diagrams, games, Sparks, and other platform content are owned by Learn Agentic Patterns or used with permission.
  • The Learn Agentic Patterns curriculum is based on “Agentic Design Patterns” by Antonio Gullí, used with attribution.
  • You may use code examples from lessons in your own projects (personal or commercial). You may not republish or resell the lesson content itself.
  • Anything you post — Talk posts, comments, exercise submissions, game responses, or feedback — remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform and to use it, anonymized, to improve the product.

7. Leaderboards & Public Content

Game scores, assessment results, and progress are displayed on Learn Agentic Patterns leaderboards using your first name. Talk posts, comments, and Spark comments are public within Agentic AI and shown with your first name. By participating, you consent to this information being visible to other users.

8. Availability & Changes

  • The platform is provided “as is”. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • We may add, modify, or remove content and features at any time.
  • We may update these terms — continued use after changes means you accept them.

9. Limitation of Liability

Learn Agentic Patterns is an educational resource, not professional consulting. Sparks are AI-generated summaries, not verified reporting. We are not liable for decisions you make based on platform content. Code examples are for learning purposes and may need adaptation for production use. Use the platform at your own risk.

10. Termination

You can delete your account and all associated data yourself, at any time, from within either product (Profile → Delete Account) — no need to contact us. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your personal data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
