Here is a reflection loop in production. Draft the code. Run the tests, two fail. Ask the critic. The critic says looks good, ship it. Return the code. Every run ends the same way: approved, and broken. One line in this trace is the bug. Find it. The critic never saw the test output. It was handed the code alone and asked for an opinion, so it gave a polite one. A reviewer without evidence is a flatterer. Feed the critic the failing tests, the error text, the spec. Reflection only works when the critique is grounded in something the drafter cannot argue with.
